Price Policy:
All invoices reflect the most current prices in effect when ordering. While it is our goal to maintain current pricing in our online database and website, prices are subject to change. Orders with significant price discrepancies will not be processed until our customer has been notified and approval given to process.

Freight Policy:
Standard orders are shipped via US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or by UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested by the customer at the time of order.  Freight will be invoiced at the actual cost determined by the carrier, type of service, weight, and measurement. All orders will be assessed a $6.00 handling fee.
 

Credit Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. processed securely by PayPal merchant services.

Inspection Claims:
Purchaser agrees to have the product prudently and carefully inspected against shipping papers upon delivery and unloading at the destination. Any order discrepancies and/or claims for shortages or damaged products must be submitted to Equipment Parts Source, Inc., within five (5) days from the date of delivery.

Returns:
With limited exceptions, such as manuals on CD media, Equipment Parts Source, Inc., has an “Anything is Returnable Policy” warranting any products to the complete and total satisfaction of the Purchaser, who may return the product within 20 days of the sale, F.O.B. Equipment Parts Source, Inc., shipping point. Exceptions include special order products specifically purchased for the customer which cannot be returned to Equipment Parts Source, Inc.’s vendors, and the products that are damaged or that have been installed by Purchaser, used by the Purchaser or Purchaser’s customer in any way.  Special order purchases may be returned at Equipment Parts Source, Inc.’s discretion and a re-stocking fee of no more than 25% may be charged. Parts, Operators, and Service manuals on CD-ROM are non-returnable. CDs that are determined to be defective will be replaced. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure system/software compatibility.

Prior to returning parts for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Equipment Parts Source to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

Cores:
Any applicable core charge will be charged and invoiced on the original invoice with the rebuilt and exchanged part billed. Credit for the core will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the core.

Cores, which cannot be rebuilt, are subject to loss of value. Any cores not returned within 30 days are subject to forfeiture of core credit. Freight on core return is at the customer's expense. Please include RGA numbers on all returns.

Limited Warranty:
Equipment Parts Source, Inc., warrants new goods and materials to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Equipment Parts Source, Inc., warrants rebuilt goods and materials to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.

Equipment Parts Source, Inc., warrants that used goods and materials be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days - from the date of purchase.

Equipment Parts Source reserves the right to inspect any items prior to granting a warranty. We pledge our support in obtaining the settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims.  Equipment Parts Source will not assume any responsibility for loss of time or labor for any warranted parts.

Purchaser agrees to hold Equipment Parts Source, Inc., harmless for any liability or damage resulting from the use by the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s customers of the manufactured goods purchased.
